Board of Directors:


 


1.      Sandra Phaire, has worked with US Virgin Islands youth for over 30 years and is President of the VICARE Board of Directors.  She is a certified parent educator, a Substance Abuse Counselor and conducts volunteer training.  Through a program offered by National Minority Aides Council (NMAC) she is a STGMA and Discrimination Trainer.  She is bilingual and therefore can meet the linguistic needs of our communities. 


 


2.      Carole Soule has a Masters Degree in Organization and Management and is certified as a Special Education Teacher and a High School principal.  She has worked the rehabilitation field for over 25 years.  Ms Soule has experience managing grant funds, ensuring that objectives of the grant are met and that funds are disbursed according to the grant agreements.


 


3.      Cindy Gerace has worked for Hewlett-Packard for over 20 years.  As a community advocate she has worked with disadvantaged youth.  She donates both her time and money to various non-profit organizations in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and the US Virgin Islands.        


 



  1. Steven Chagnon is a seasoned professional and has worked in the meat packing industry for over 24 years.  He has worked as Plant Manager of some of the largest meat processing plants in New England including Poultry Products Co., Inc., Oven Popper, Inc., and Tyson, Inc.  He currently works for Miles Smith Farm in Loudon, NH selling locally raised grass fed beef..  Education: College of Lifelong Learning – UNH Certificate in Leadership Development Certificates in HACCP Meat and Poultry Products, Personnel Law, Modern Meat Management and Plant Management

 



  1. Aquanette Clarke was born in St. Croix and graduated from the University of the Virgin Islands with an Associate's Degree in Police Science and Administration.  She currently works as a Special Agent for the Dept of Justice and brings the ability to thoroughly research, propose creative solutions, develop good rapport to the LNF board
